The Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello range has received updates for 2025, with the introduction of the special Wind Tunnel version to celebrate the 70th anniversary of wind-tunnel testing by Carlo and Giuseppe Guzzi in the 1950s.
All V100 Mandello models, including the standard, S, and Wind Tunnel versions, have been updated with changes to the transmission. These upgrades, first seen on the Stelvio in 2024, involve moving the cotter from the primary shaft of the gearbox to the clutch for improved damping capacity and overall performance. Additionally, the shared 1,042cc V-Twin engine is now Euro 5+ compliant, and a central radiator guard has been added for protection against debris.
The V100 Mandello S has received even more upgrades, including the Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension, an up/down quickshifter, heated grips, a tire-pressure-monitoring system, and the MIA multimedia platform. For 2025, it now comes standard with the PFF Rider Assistance Solution system, which incorporates Imaging Radar 4D technology for features like Forward Collision Warning, Blind Spot Information System, and Lane Change Assist to enhance safety while riding.
Available in Blu Oceano or Grigio Titanio, the V100 Mandello S also offers a two-tone paint option in Verde Ghiaccio or Rosso Lava, with gold-finished rims, cylinder heads, and forks.
The special Wind Tunnel edition of the V100 Mandello commemorates the 70th anniversary of the first motorcycle-specific wind tunnel introduced by Carlo and Giuseppe Guzzi in 1954. This model includes the same features as the S version, such as the Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension, up/down quickshifter, heated grips, tire-pressure-monitoring system, and the MIA multimedia platform. The unique livery of the Wind Tunnel edition features a red color scheme with a black tail section and front fender, along with black graphics on the tank sides. Gold accents on the tank match the gold cylinder heads, creating a striking visual appearance.
While pricing for the Wind Tunnel edition has not been announced yet, more information about the Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello range can be found on the Moto Guzzi website. Be sure to explore Rider’s 2025 Motorcycle Buyers Guide for more new bike options.
